- Word Limit: Generally, the abstracts should be in Times New Roman format with 12 font size, should be single spaced and must not exceed 1000 words.
- Language: The abstract must be written in English.
- Key words: Keywords must be in Times New Roman, justified, single-spaced, and include a minimum of 3
2. Structure of the Abstract
- Background/Introduction: The title should be concise, reflecting the main focus of the research.
- Objective(s): Clearly specify the aim of the research or the hypothesis being tested..
- Methods: Summarize the research methods, including participants, procedures, and analytical approach.
- Results: Provide key findings or expected outcomes if the research is ongoing
- Conclusion: Highlight the main implications, significance, or potential impact of the findings.
3. Submission Format and Process
- File Type: Submit a PDF or Word document
- Online Submission Portal: Submit via the conference’s designated portal. Ensure that all fields are accurately completed.
- Multiple Submissions: If you are going to do multiple submissions, each abstract should be submitted separately
4.Author Information
- Contact Details: Include the presenting/main author’s name, affiliation, and email for communication.
- Authorship List: Add the Co-authors name, affiliation, and email for communication.
- Revision : Abstracts cannot be revised post-submission, but you can bring an updated summary with you onsite.
- Results: Provide key findings or expected outcomes if the research is ongoing
- Conclusion: Highlight the main implications, significance, or potential impact of the findings.
5. Deadlines and Revisions
- Submission Deadline: EFSTM conference deadlines are strict, with no extensions.
- Revision Policy: EFSTM conferences allow revisions after submission if errors are found or formatting needs adjustments

6. Acceptance and Notification
- Review Process: Abstracts are generally reviewed by the EFSTM Review committee, and notifications of acceptance or rejection are sent via email.
- Presentation Mode: If accepted, you may be invited to present orally, as a poster, or via online mode.
