- Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in additional charges. Registrations will be considered invalid until fully paid.
- Upon registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email for their payment. Check your account to view payment status.
- If your online card payment fails, retry on the registration page. Contact your bank if issues continue. Once any blocks are removed, you can pay using the online gateway.
- For valid registration, ensure bank transfer payment is free of charges and fees, with name and registration number clearly indicated. Payments lacking these details will be considered invalid.
- Participants must create accounts and register using the online form on this website.
- Participants will get individual registration numbers via email upon submitting their online forms.
- For bank transfers, include your registration number and participant's name in the payment details, received post-registration.
- In case of force majeure, the event organizers may adjust or cancel the conference unexpectedly, affecting its time and location. Any force majeure event must be promptly announced. This includes uncontrollable circumstances like government actions, war, riots, epidemics, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, transportation issues, or terrorism.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
If you can't attend the conference, our cancellation policy covers venue, printing, shipping, lodging, and related charges.
- If you cancel at least 60 days before the conference, you will receive a 60% refund.
- You get a 40% refund if you cancel 30-60 days before the conference.
- Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations within one month of the conference.
Transfer Policy
- If you can't attend the conference, feel free to pass your registration to a friend or colleague.
- The conference attendee using your name will receive the certificate.
- You may transfer your registration to a different event we host if necessary.
- Note : Refunds after the conference may take 2-4 weeks for processing, excluding transaction fees.
Visa Information
- EFSTM does not liaise with embassies or consulates for visa purposes. Delegates and invitees must apply solely for business visas.
- EFSTM cancellation policy does not cover visa issues, such as unsuccessful visa applications
