For participants requiring a visa:

  • The Organizing Committee does not influence the visa application process or decisions made by embassies or consulates.
  • The conference holds no responsibility for the issuance of visas. Processing times vary by individual, so it is highly recommended to apply for a visa as early as possible.

In case of a visa denial :

  • The EurAsia Foundation of Science, Technology and Management (EFSTM) cannot alter decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or the embassy.
  • We will not engage in discussions or correspondence with the MOFA or the embassy on behalf of applicants.
