Speaker Eligibility

The EurAsia Foundation of Science, Technology and Management (EFSTM) invites experienced academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals to participate as speakers at its international conferences and academic forums. These speaker sessions aim to promote knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the presentation of innovative research developments across science, technology, management, and related academic disciplines.

Who Can Apply as a Speaker
Are a faculty member, researcher, scientist, or senior industry professional
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent
Doctoral qualification (PhD) or advanced research experience is preferred
Have published research papers, academic contributions, patents, or professional project experience
Demonstrate expertise in science, technology, engineering, management, or interdisciplinary research
Possess the ability to present innovative research findings, analytical insights, or practical solutions
Previous conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Role of Speakers at EFSTM Conferences
Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during their assigned session
Present research findings, professional insights, or innovative developments
Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions
Contribute to academic collaboration and knowledge sharing
Expectations from Selected Speakers
Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for evaluation
Provide presentation slides and a brief professional profile within the specified timeline
Ensure that submitted content is original and academically appropriate
Follow the conference schedule and presentation instructions shared by the organizing committee
Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
