The paper for the conference must be written and presented in English, as it is the official language..
Submit the full paper if you plan for publication
If you prefer an oral presentation only, submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract without a journal publication.
Submitted conference articles must present original, unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Ethical conduct is paramount in academia; plagiarism constitutes severe academic misconduct and is unacceptable
Presenters should create concise presentations with approximately ten slides: one for introduction, objectives, and methodology each, while reserving the rest to discuss research outputs. The ten slides should run for ten minutes with one minute per slide. Each presenter has 10 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. Choose between PowerPoint or Prezi for your convenience.
Your poster presentation should last a maximum of 10 minutes in English. Display your A1-sized printed poster or use PowerPoint at the conference. There is no need to email us your presentation, and delegates will have internet access during the conference
Each Presenter will have 10 minutes to present live on Zoom at the conference, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session
Participants can choose to submit a pre-recorded 10-minute video presentation instead of presenting live at the conference. The Presenter sends us the video, which will be played during their allotted presentation slot by the Organizing Committee. These videos will be accessible to conference participants on the YouTube conference link or SlideShare before and after the event.
At the conference's conclusion, we will announce awards for the best oral and poster presentations, with winners' names published in the conference News..
